Account Help
There are few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, Facebook, Google or Apple.
If you don’t remember your password, use password reset.
Once you enter your email, and the system will send 6 digits reset passcode to your email address and you can reset a newpassword.
You can go to your profile page, and click sign out button at the bottom
You cannot change your display name after you enter your name to Robot Noah.
You can change your profile picture by tapping the “Camera” button next to your profile picture. You can select a picture from your library or take a new one.
Your profile will include your personal and health information. It shows:
- - Your display name
- - Your profile picture
- - Your age and gender
- - Your BMI
- - Your horoscope
- - Daily water consumption
- - Total time of meditation taken
You can go to “Setting” and tap “Recalculate health level”. Robot Noah will ask you related health questions again and define your recent health level to provide you more suitable music change.
You can do it at any time. So, don’t hesitate to update us your health status and let Robot Noah be your health tracking guide.
You can choose to hear from us about new songs, subscriptionplans update by going to the “Setting” page “Notification” to turn on/off.
Subscription Help
- There are two subscription plans:
- Monthly plan: $10 USD dollar
- Yearly Plan: $100 USD dollar
For premium user, you can enjoy following features:
- - Play music on 2 different devices at the same time
- - Listen to music ad-free
- - Unlimited skips
- - Download your own song lists
You can go to the “Profile” page to tap “Subscribe Now”. Choose the premium plan that you want and tap “Subscribe now” again to payment page.
For IOS user, you can pay with Apple pay; for Android user, youcan pay with Google pay.
The price you will be charged when your subscription automatically renews depends on which plan you chose. For monthly plan, it will be $10USD; for yearly plan, it will be $100USD.
If you upgrade from monthly plan to yearly plan, your new planwill be activated once your monthly plan expired.
For IOS user, you can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
For Android user, you can go the Google Play store “Subscription” to find the subscription you want to cancel.
No, once you start your subscription, you cannot get the refundfrom Apple pay/Google pay by canceling the plan. Your current subscription will continue until the expiry date and do not renew for next phase after cancellation.
Songs Help
You can go to “Setting” to find “Download songs” to choose the songs you would like to download. Once you download, you can enjoy offline listening.
There are two ways you can download songs:
- 1. You can tap “Download” button on the top left-hand corner in the main screen when you are listening. It will lead you to the download page and show your recent listening song, you can tap the “download” button again to download the song.
- 2. You can go to “Setting” to find “Download songs” to choosethe songs you would like to download.
There is no limit for songs download, you can always pick yourfavorite songs and build your song list.
All the music changes are according to your health level, you can go “setting” page to do “recalculate health level”. Accurate and updated information can help us to find the suitable music changes for you.
